1. Cancellation Policy Specific to Sri Lankan Hotels, Resorts, Bungalows and Villas:

Please check the Hotel's, Resort's, Bungalow's and Villa's rate sheet to find the individual cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation Policy Specific to Maldives Hotels, Resorts & other Properties:

(a) If a client, whose accommodation and transfers are fully confirmed, does not show up, the client will be charged the full cost of accommodation and cost of transfer from the airport to the respective hotel/resort.

(b) If a client, whose accommodation and transfers are fully confirmed, does not cancel before the specified release period of the particular hotel, the client will be charged 50% or 100% of the full accommodation charge - depending on the date of cancellation.

(c) No Refund will be made for "under-stays".

(d) Cancellation Policy specific to individual Hotel, Resorts etc: Certain hotels enforce a Cancellation Policy different to 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) above. The details are given in the specific hotel's room rate sheet and/or the mini-site displayed on the www.srilanka.com website. Customer confirms acceptance of the Cancellation Policy of these specific hotels which over-ride the terms of the general Cancellation Policy 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) above.

3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday because of unforeseen circumstances. In this event we will return all money paid by you and, wherever possible, we will offer an alternative hotel of similar features. We cannot be held liable for any incidental expenses that you may incur during arrangements for a holiday that is subsequently cancelled by us.

4. Rates & Taxes

Our prices are inclusive of service charge & government taxes and subject to change with any increase in government taxes.

5. Confirmation of Reservations:

Reservations will be confirmed within 36 hours of making a Booking Request. Full details of the hotel you have requested, or the alternative that we have booked for you, will be provided.

In the unlikely event of a confirmed hotel booking being unavailable, we will use our best efforts to supply similar class of accommodation within the same geographical area. Any additional cost difference will be borne by us.

6.General Terms & Conditions

   a) We act solely as a travel agent & accommodation is chosen at your own risk.

   b) We recommend all www.srilanka.com travelers should carry their travel insurance.

   c) Airport Transfers booked and paid through www.srilanka.com.

     Arrival
     Our representative will page guest name board at the airport on arrival as per the flight details given to us by guest.      Any amendments to flight details will have to be informed 24 hours prior to arrival to our holiday hotlines +94 777      571881 or +94 785 524054

     Departure
     Our representative will call over at the hotel to pick you up according to the flight details given by you. Any      amendments to flight details will have to be informed 24 hours prior to arrival to our holiday hotlines +94 777 571881      or +94 785 524054

   d) We will not accept any responsibility or liability in case transfers provided by a third party not arranged by        www.srilanka.com

   e) Customer must pay all bank charges in case of bank transfer.

   f) Complaints:

   g) Amendments:
   Should you need to make any amendments to your reservation, please contact us with your unique Booking ID. If    your reservation was made through a Travel Agency, please contact your Travel Agent.

   Any changes or amendments on completed bookings are subject to USD 25/= as administration charges. + Charges (if    applicable) according to the hotel cancellation policy.

   h) Force Majeure:
   We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, fire, adverse    weather conditions, industrial disputes, terrorist action or threat of war.
