When will I be charged for my booking?
This can vary depending on the hotel and the time of year you are booking. Please pay close attention to the Booking Information and Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking.

What is a Srilanka.com Rest Assured Rate?
A Srilanka.com Rest Assured Rates guarantees you the BEST rate available at the time of booking. If you find a better rate, we will match it and reward your efforts by crediting your card $10.00. Rest Assured Rates will have the Smiling Sun image next to them.

What do I need to check in at the hotel?
It's always a good idea to bring your Srilanka.com lodging voucher. Vouchers are provided after booking and can also be printed out by clicking here and entering your Booking ID in the Search box.
In the event that you forgotten to carry your voucher with you, the hotel will have your name on file. If you experience any problems during check-in, please call Srilanka.com's Customer Support at +9411 5873305/ 6.

How do I book a hotel on the web site?
Online booking has never been so easy! Here's how you book online in 4 easy steps:
  1. Find the hotel you want to book and click the "Book Request!" button.
  2. Enter your dates and destination in our request form
  3. Review and verify your booking information and click the "Submit" button.
  4. Within a few hours you will have a payment link made available , simply use your Visa or Mastercard to pay - click the "Book It!" button.
You're done! Now simply print out your vouchers and pack your bags! (Wasn't that easy?)

What should I do if I missed my hotel check-in deadline due to a cancelled flight?

How do I print my itinerary?
Itinerary may be printed directly, after email confirmation from our staff or by clicking here and enter your Booking ID and email address.

Can I make a hotel booking for someone else?
When entering "Guest Information" be sure to use the name of the person who will be travelling. Then, input your details in "Billing Information".

What credit or debit cards can I use for hotel bookings?
Accepted credit cards are listed as options when you are about to make your payment. In general, all major credit cards are accepted. You can reserve up to 5 rooms at once online. If you need more rooms, simply fill out another Request form or please call Srilanka.com's Customer Support at +9411 5873305/ 6
The number of people who can stay in a room will vary from hotel to hotel and also by room type.

Why are all your Hotels prepaid?
Prepaid reservations allow hotels to extend their deepest discounts. By prepaying your reservation you are assured that the rate paid is secured and that you will not be subject to room rate increases.

The hotel room is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. Hotels typically collect payment information separately for incidentals such as mini bar, movies and phone calls. Cancellation terms and fees apply to prepaid bookings.

Refunds
If I check out early on a reservation, can I obtain a refund for the nights I did not stay?

Upon arrival and check-in at a hotel, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved, but not consumed.
